What does the rental fee include?

The Hall rental is for 4 hours .
Tables & Chairs.
Onsite Facility Manager for any assistance.

What is the capacity of the hall?

The entire facility can accomodate more than 500 guests. The facility can be divided in 3 different halls each having a capacity of 125 - 250 Guest depending on the Size of Hall.

What is the deposit policy?

A deposit varies and depends on the hall size you have booked.The deposit is not a part of Rental fee and serves as a security deposit and "locks-in" the requested date. It also serves as a damage deposit that is returned the first week after the event as long as the terms of the Event Lease are adhered to and there are no damages noticed . Prices subject to change without notice unless you've booked with a deposit.

What is the deposit refund policy?

The deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-book the cancelled date.

When is the rental fee due?

Hall rental fee must be paid in full at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled event.

When will I have access in order to decorate?

Access to decorate for your event is provided 2 hrs prior to your scheduled event.Any additional hours can be requested for a nominal fee provided no other events are scheduled during the day

What is the smoking policy?

The TEI is a non-smoking facility. It is our best effort to serve our guests with the safest and cleanest enviornment.Smoking is, however, permitted outside of the building.
